1 General Terms

49bet is an online gaming and sports betting platform. The terms and conditions set out in this document form a legally binding agreement between 49bet and its users. 49bet reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered automatic acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Age and Eligibility Requirements

The authority may request proof of age for verification at any time. If age information is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Ineligible Persons

• Any person under the age of 21.

• Persons whose accounts have previously been suspended or closed by 49bet.
• Employees of 49bet or their immediate family members.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person or the same household is strictly prohibited. All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. If any information changes, customer support must be notified immediately via 24/7 live chat or email.

Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account login details confidential. Passwords must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact customer support immediately. 49bet will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to an account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals or in other circumstances, the authority may verify identity through a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit amount on 49bet is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

New users on 49bet can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Wagering requirements apply to bonuses — funds earned from a bonus can be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 10 times.

Bonus Restrictions

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Certain games or betting markets may be restricted when using a bonus — the specific terms of each promotion will be communicated separately.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, the bonus and all winnings earned from it may be cancelled.
• The authority reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse of a promotion is suspected.

6 VIP Programme and Cashback

49bet's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback applies at each tier: up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 in cashback. Progression to a higher VIP tier depends entirely on activity and usage patterns.

Cashback amounts are credited directly to the account and may be subject to separate wagering requirements, which will be communicated by the authority.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

Casino games, sports betting, and live casino services are available on the 49bet platform. Each game has its own rules, which are clearly displayed in the game interface.

Bet Cancellation and Disputes

49bet reserves the right to cancel any bet due to a technical error or data feed issue. In the event of a dispute, the authority's decision will be considered final. The result of sports bets will be considered final after being officially confirmed by the relevant authority.

Restrictions

• 49bet reserves the right to restrict participation in certain markets or games.
• If unusual betting patterns or manipulation are suspected, the account will be subject to investigation.
• A maximum stake may apply to certain bets; this varies by game or market.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 49bet platform:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Fraud or misuse of the bonus system.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security.
• Fraudulent collusion with other users.

If any such activity is proven, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming

49bet believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — however, it can lead to addiction. 49bet therefore encourages users to play in a safe and responsible manner. 14 Changes to Terms and Termination

If a user breaches the terms and conditions, the authority reserves the right to close the relevant account without prior notice. Users may also request to close their account at any time.

15 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, an attempt must first be made to resolve it through 49bet's customer support. Complaints submitted via live chat or email will be addressed within a set timeframe. If unresolved, further steps may be taken in accordance with applicable law.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
